Unit 6 It’s raining! Section A 1a-1c教学设计(一)

  2010年4月,牡丹江市第9中学组织了一次以“同课异构”为主题的赛课活动。教师针对自己对教材的理解、感悟和经验组织了不一样的同一节课的教学设计,使同一节课,有了不同的教学风格,让教师在把握教材的基础上,更注重教学策略所产生的不同的课堂效果,强调同中求异。更能够使广大教师在保持自己教学风格的同时,借鉴和参考对方的优点,互相学习,共同提高。现选出两节优秀课课例,供大家参考。
  
  〔本课选自人教版义务教育课程标准实验教科书《英语》(新目标)七年级下册〕
  【教学目标】
  语言知识目标:正确询问及表述天气状况。通过小组合作方式,在活动中自然地学习运用知识点。词汇:rain, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, weather, Moscow, Boston
  句型:How’s the weather? It’s sunny.
  语言技能目标:学会用英语表达天气状况。训练学生在听录音时听懂简单的与天气有关的英语词汇的能力。
  学习策略目标:通过合作学习学会运用学过的天气知识。
  情感态度目标:了解由于人为原因造成的恶劣天气现象,呼吁大家保护环境,热爱地球。
  文化意识目标:学会表达世界上一些国家的天气状况;让学生了解世界各国气候状况的不同。
  【教学重点】词汇:rain, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, weather, Moscow, Boston
  句型:How’s the weather? It’s sunny.
  【教学难点】用所学天气单词及句型与他人交流并进行天气预报模仿。
  【教学设计】
  Step I Lead-in
  T: Look at the picture. Can you say it in English?
  S1: It’s the sun.
  T: Yes. It’s sunny today. This class we will learn“Unit 6 It’s raining!”and talk about the weather.
  (设计说明:通过师生之间的自由谈话导入新课,自然流畅。)
  Step II New Words
  1. Learn new words.
  T: Let’s learn some new words about weather. Look at the first picture . It’s raining. Please read after me. Rain, R-A-I-N, rain.
  Ss: Rain, R-A-I-N, rain.
  (Look at the following pictures. Learn the other words: snow, windy, cloudy and sunny.)
  
  (设计说明:利用多媒体使学生既形象又直观地学习新单词,达到初步认知的教学目的。)
  2. Practice new words.
  T: Look at the blackboard. There are the signs of the weather. What do they mean?
  (The teacher will draw five stick figures on the blackboard to help students practice new words about weather.)
  (设计说明:利用简笔画激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,让学生进一步掌握、理解新单词。)
  Step III New Drills
  1. Learn new drills.
  T: Today it’s sunny in Mudanjiang. How’s the weather in other cities? (Show a photo of Moscow.) It’s Moscow. Read after me,“Moscow”.
  Ss: Moscow.
  T: How’s the weather in Moscow? It’s snowing.
  (Show many other cities to students and practice the drill “How’s the weather? It’s... ” in pairs.)
  (设计说明:以当时本城市的天气情况为铺垫,通过设问使学生产生求知的欲望。然后教师在多媒体上展示一些世界著名城市的图片,在教师的引导下学习新句型:“How’s the weather? It’s...”并进行简单的同伴对话。)
  2. Survey.
  T: There are five kinds of forms. They are different. Do the survey for one minute. Who knows the most cities? He/She will be a winner. You can leave your seats and walk around the room.

  (设计说明:利用学生“争强好胜”的心理,设计此项调查活动,使学生在紧张的竞争中达到操练句型的教学目的。)
  Step IV Match & Listening
  T: Open your books. Turn to Page 31. Look at 1a. Match the words with the pictures.
  T: Look at 1b. Listen twice and fill in the blanks.
  (Play the tape recorder twice, then check the answers.)
  (设计说明:训练学生听懂简单的与天气有关的英语词汇的能力,以提高学生的听力水平。)
  Step V Group Work
  T: I think some of you also know other expressions about weather. In groups, make a list, please.
  (Students will make a list about other expressions in groups for two minutes.)
  T: Please share your results.
  S1: Foggy, icy, sand storm.
  T: You are all so great. But I’m so sorry to hear“sand storm”. It happens because people destroy the environment. If we protect our environment, we will have a happy home!
