基于TSP的情景模拟教学在外科护理实践课程中的应用与效果观察

  摘要:目的:探基于TSP的情景模拟教学在外科护理实践课程中的应用。方法:选择本院2019级护理专业二年级卓越护理班共64人为研究对象,以班级为单位抽签,随机分为实验组29人和对照组35人。对照组采用传统的情景模拟教学方法,实验组情景模拟教学中引入教师标准化病人。课程结束后自制调查问卷,了解2组学生对外科护理实践课程情景模拟教学的满意度。评价条目共6项:包括有助于激发学习兴趣、培养爱伤观念及人文关怀意识、提高表达能力及与病人的沟通能力、有助于培养决策和评判性思维能力、职场环境体验真实度高。结果:实验组学生对情景模拟教学效果各条目的评价得分优于对照组。结论:TSP参与护理情景模拟教学,能有效提高学生对情景模拟教学的效果满意度;TSP分层次培训有助于提高培训效率及TSP队伍的建设;TSP在高职护理教学中的应用推广具有一定的可行性,但如何合理应用TSP是开展情景模拟教学必须关注的问题。

  Abstract:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationofscenariosimulationteachingbasedonTSPinsurgicalnursingpracticecourse.Methods:Atotalof64excellentnursingclassesofgrade2019inourhospitalwereselectedandrandomlydividedintoexperimentalgroup(29students)andcontrolgroup(35students).Thecontrolgroupadoptedthetraditionalscenariosimulationteachingmethod,andtheexperimentalgroupintroducedtheteacherstandardizedpatientsinthescenesimulationteaching.Afterthecourse,wemadeaquestionnairetounderstandthesatisfactionofthetwogroupsofstudentstothescenesimulationteachingofsurgicalnursingpracticecourse.Thereare6itemsintheevaluation:itcanstimulatelearninginterest,cultivatetheconceptofloveandinjuryandhumanisticcare,improvetheabilityofexpressionandcommunicationwithpatients,helptocultivatedecisionmakingandcriticalthinkingability,andhavehighauthenticityofworkplaceenvironmentexperience.Results:Thescoreoftheexperimentalgroupwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup.Conclusion:TheparticipationofTSPinnursingscenesimulationteachingcaneffectivelyimprovestudents'satisfactionwiththeeffectofscenesimulationteaching;thehierarchicaltrainingofTSPishelpfultoimprovethetrainingefficiencyandtheconstructionofTSPteam;theapplicationandpromotionofTSPinhighervocationalnursingteachingisfeasible,buthowtoreasonablyapplyTSPisaproblemthatmustbepaidattentiontoindevelopingscenesimulationteaching.
