容斋随笔原文及翻译《民无常勇》

原文：

民无常勇，国无常安。为人臣者，当效忠于君，尽忠职守。然而，有些人却因为畏惧权势，放弃了自己的良心和责任，成为了奴才和叛徒。这样的人不仅背叛了自己的良知，更是对国家和民族的背叛。

勇士是国家的脊梁，是民族的骄傲。我们应该敬仰那些为国家和民族奋斗的勇士，向他们学习勇气和坚定。我们也应该警惕那些为了一己私利，背叛国家和民族利益的人，坚决对他们进行斗争。

我们每个人都是祖国的一份子，都应该为祖国的繁荣和稳定，为民族的团结和进步，尽自己的一份力。让我们共同努力，建设一个富强、民主、文明、和谐的国家！

When people lack courage, the country lacks stability. As a servant of the people, one should be loyal to the ruler and fulfill one's duties. However, some people give up their conscience and responsibility because of their fear of power, becoming slaves and traitors. Such people not only betray their conscience but also betray their country and nation.

Warriors are the backbone of the country and the pride of the nation. We should respect those warriors who fight for the country and the nation, learn from their courage and determination.
