西药联合“阴中隐阳”手法针刺风池穴治疗后循环缺血性眩晕40例临床观察

　　【摘 要】 目的：^察 “阴中隐阳”法针刺风池穴为主治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果。方法：选取100例眩晕患者随机分“阴中隐阳”针刺法+长春西汀组（观察组）、常规针刺法+长春西汀组（对照组），每组各50人，观察比较治疗前后中医症候疗效、治疗前后眩晕症状好转程度（DARS和DHI）及经颅TCD检测椎-基底动脉血流动力学改变。结果：两组症候评分、两组DARS及DHI量表评分较治疗前均明显下降，且观察组下降明显（P<0.05）。两组椎-基底动脉最大血流速度较治疗前明显增加，且观察组增加明显（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率为90.00%，对照组为75.61%，观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：采用“阴中隐阳”法针刺双侧风池穴联合长春西汀治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的效果明显，值得临床推广应用。

　　Abstract：Objective Observe the effect of “Yang Hidden in Yin” Acupuncture technique on bilateral Fengchi acupoint in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods 100 patients with vertigo were randomly divided into two groups：“Yang Hidden in Yin” Acupuncture+Vinpocetine（Observation Group），ordinary acupuncture +Vinpocetin（Reference group），50 per group.The efficacy of TCM symptoms before and after treatment was observed and compared， the improvement of vertigo symptoms in each group before and after treatment （DARS and DHI vertigo rating scale） and the changes of vertebral - basilar blood flow dynamics were detected by transcranial TCD.Results 1.The symptom scores of the two groups and the scores of DARS and DHI in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment， and the observation group was significantly lower（P<0.05）.2. The maximum blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in the two groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment， and the observation group was significantly increased（P<0.05）.3. The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%， the control group was 75.61%， the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of “Yin zhong yin yang” Acupuncture technique on bilateral Fengchi acupoint in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo is better than that of Ordinary acupuncture manipulation and vinpocetine alone.
