前牙美学区个性化氧化锆基台临床应用效果观察

　　[摘要]目的：分析在前牙美W区个性化氧化锆基台的临床应用效果。方法：90例前牙种植修复患者，根据修复方式随机分为观察组（种植体+个性化氧化锆基台）和对照组（种植体+成品钛基台），每组45例。术后1个月、3个月、6个月，观察两组牙周探诊深度（Probing depth，PD）、菌斑指数（Plaque index，PLI）、红色美学评分（PES）、白色美学评分（WES）及不良反应情况。结果：术后1个月，两组PD、PLI比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;术后3个月，观察组PD低于对照组（P<0.05），两组PLI差异不大（P>0.05）;术后6个月，对照组的PD、PLI均高于观察组（P<0.05），观察组PES、WES评分优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后6个月，观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：个性化氧化锆基台在前牙美学区能获得更好的临床效果，提高患者的满意度。

　　Clinical Application Effect of Individualized Zirconia Abutments in the Anterior Aesthetic Zone

　　Abstract： Objective To analyse the effect of the clinical application of individualized zirconia abutments in the anterior aesthetic zone. Methods 90 cases of implant repair of anterior teeth in our outpatient departments were taken as the study objects. According to repair methods， the patients were randomly divided into observation group（45 cases， restoring by implants and individualized zirconia abutments ） and control group（45 cases， restoring by implants and titanium abutments） . Probing depth （PD） and plaque index（PLI）， PES and WES scores， and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at 1month ， 3 months and 6 months after the operation. Results There was no significant difference in PD and PLI between the two groups at 1 month after operation （ P>0.05）. The PD of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 3 months after operation （ P<0.05） ， but there was no significant difference in PLI（ P>0.05）. The PD and PLI of the control group were significantly higher than observation group at 6 months after operation （ P<0.05） . PES and WES scores of observation group were much higher control group at 6 months after operation（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group at 6 months after operation （ P<0.05） . Conclusion The individualized zirconia abutments has a better clinical effect in the anterior aesthetic zone， and which can improve patient satisfaction.
