通心络胶囊联合西药治疗对冠心病患者血管内皮功能及炎症因子水平的影响

　　 【摘要】 目的：探讨通心络胶囊联合西药治疗对冠心病患者血管内皮功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法：选取本院收治的冠心病患者86例，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各43例。对照组予以常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合通心络胶囊治疗，比较两组治疗前后心功能、血管内皮功能、炎症因子水平以及两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为90.70%，高于对照组的72.09%（P<0.05）;治疗后，观察组LVEF、CO、E/A水平均高于治疗前及对照组（P<0.05）;治疗后，观察组ET-1、TXB2水平均低于治疗前及对照组，NO水平高于治疗前及对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后，观察组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前及对照组（P<0.05）。结论：通心络胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病效果确切，可有效改善患者心功能，减轻血管内皮细胞损伤程度，降低炎性反应。

　　 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effects of Tongxinluo Capsule combined with western medicine on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease.Method：A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group，43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine，while observation group was treated with Tongxinluo Capsule on the basis of control group.The cardiac function，vascular endothelial function，levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment，and curative effect between two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate was 90.70% in observation group，which was higher than 72.09% in control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of LVEF，CO and E/A in observation group were higher than those of before treatment and control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of ET-1 and TXB2 in observation group were lower than those of before treatment and control group，the level of NO in observation group was higher than those of before treatment and control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of CRP，IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those of before treatment and control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Tongxinluo Capsule combined with western medicine is effective in treatment of coronary heart disease，which can effectively improve the heart function，reduce the degree of vascular endothelial cell damage and reduce the inflammatory response.

　　 冠心病全稱冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，是因冠脉粥样斑块形成，血管狭窄、栓塞导致心肌缺血缺氧的一种以典型胸痛、胸闷、心悸、气短、乏力为表现的临床常见性疾病[1]。近年来，随着人们高盐高脂饮食方式及久坐少动等不良生活习惯的逐步养成，该病的发生率具有明显上升趋势，已成为威胁人类死亡的重要病因[2]。当前，经皮冠状动脉介入术、药物溶栓等为临床上治疗冠心病的常用手段，但预后并不十分理想[3]。研究发现，炎症反应、血管内皮功能紊乱在冠心病发生、发展中发挥着重要作用[4]。而中医认为，心气不足、瘀血痹阻为冠心病的病理机制，故治疗重在益气活血、通络止痛。据此，本院重点探讨了通心络胶囊联合西药治疗对冠心病患者血管内皮功能及炎症因子水平的影响。现报道如下。
