微创闭合复位经皮螺钉内固定术对踝关节骨折患者术后疼痛及关节功能的影响

　　【摘要】 目的：探討踝关节骨折患者临床治疗中微创闭合复位经皮螺钉内固定术的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析2017年3月-2018年1月笔者所在医院收治的96例踝关节骨折患者病例资料，根据治疗方式的不同将所有患者分为两组，各48例。对照组予以切开复位内固定治疗，观察组实施微创闭合复位经皮螺钉内固定治疗，比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、关节功能恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果：两组术后当天VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组术后4、12周VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组患者踝关节功能恢复效果较优，同时并发症发生率较低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：微创闭合复位经皮螺钉内固定术在减轻踝关节骨折患者术后疼痛程度、促进踝关节功能恢复方面均有显著应用价值，且并发症少、临床疗效确切。

　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive closed reduction and percutaneous screw fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture.Method：The data of 96 patients with ankle fracture admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods，with 48 cases each.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation，while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive closed reduction and percutaneous screw fixation.The degree of postoperative pain，the recovery of joint function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result：There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups on the day after operation（P>0.05）.The VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 4 and 12 weeks after operation，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group，the recovery of ankle joint function in the observation group was better，and the incidence of complications was lower，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Minimally invasive closed reduction and percutaneous screw fixation has significant application value in alleviating the degree of postoperative pain and promoting the recovery of ankle joint function in patients with ankle fracture，with few complications and accurate clinical effect.
